Scope of work: Provided professional technical writing services to develop and write Standard Operating Procedures required to support the maintenance operations of VIA’s Fleet and Facilities Division.

Air Force Office Of Special Investigations/DOD

Scope of work: Provided electronic surveillance of Cyber
Information Systems and conducted forensic digital
evidence analysis (DEA) utilizing Encase and Forensic
Toolkit (FTK). Provided network traffic analysis against Air Force/DoD’s adversaries’ tactics, techniques and protocols (TTPs) utilizing tools such as WireShark, SNORT, YARA, TCPDump, Netflow, and DomainTools.

Dartangan Butler, CEO, is an experienced Information Security Engineer with 25+ years of overall experience and 10+ years Cyber Security experience in leading, developing and managing information security systems. He is adept at identifying security risks and improving security architecture designs with experience in threat detection and mitigation. He has proven to maintain efficiency in high-stress situations. He is responsible for evaluation and determination of ventures, operations, financial, and technology for the company.

Dartangan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science with a concentration in Network Security from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.

LaToya Bailey-Johnson

Founder / COO

LaToya Bailey-Johnson, COO, is a 20-year Information Technology and business professional with expertise in leadership development, business operations and development, people development, technical writing, and project management, and software support, . LaToya is responsible for evaluating and implementing business development, operations, and functional areas for the company.

LaToya holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Troy University.
